Shareholders' interests

As from 20 May 2011 the number of outstanding ordinary shares Aalberts Industries N.V. is 108,000,256.

Approximately 70% of the ordinary shares are freely tradable. Based on the Disclosure of Interests Act and in accordance with the Financial Supervision Act, shareholders holding more than 5% of the outstanding ordinary shares are:

• Aalberts family, holding 13.29%
• Oppenheimer Funds, holding 5.09%
• Ameriprise Financial, Inc., holding 5.037%
• FMR LLC, holding 10.11%  

Concerning the public database Notifications directors and members of the Supervisory Board:

• J. Eijgendaal, CFO, holds 109,170 ordinary shares and 20,000 conditional share awards
• W.A. Pelsma, CEO, holds 63,158 ordinary shares and 20,000 conditional share awards
